This website is operated by fabricbedsyorkshire.co.uk (referred to as us or we). As a visitor or user of this website (also referred to as you, buyer or customer), who accept that any use, including any transactions that you make, is subject to our terms and conditions which are outlined below.
The contract between us and the buyer shall be on these terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Please read the following disclaimer carefully before using this site.

BEDS KINGDOM LTD reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use from time to time. By accepting our terms of use, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.”
1.General
The information on this website, including but not limited to the rules that govern the use of it, may be subject to change. Your use of the website following any such change establishes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules, as changed. Your confirmation of acceptance will be sought in respect of any changes which substantially affect your position under these terms.
2.Order Confirmation
On acceptance of your order you will receive a confirmation by either email or Facebook/text message. The receipt of an order confirmation by you constitutes our acceptance of an order and the conclusion of a contract between us to sell the products you have ordered, subject to these terms.
After confirmation and payment, we will always seek to meet the requirements of your order, there may be circumstances following confirmation where we are unable to ship products due to unavailability (of which we were not aware at the time of confirmation of the order). If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the money for the unavailable products back into your account.
Our acceptance is therefore subject to the availability of products following the receipt of the confirmation of the order by you. Equally, while BEDS KINGDOM LTD endeavours not to make any errors on its website and to ensure that its descriptions, details, prices, dimensions of its products, and other information about the company or its products, are accurate and up to date, errors can still occur. If we identify an error that materially impacts your confirmed order, we will notify you as soon as possible and will provide you with the option of either cancelling your order in full or the part(s) of your order affected by the misinformation. If such a cancellation has been made, the money for the cancelled part of your order will be refunded to your account(s). Prices and availability of products on the website are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been confirmed).
BEDS KINGDOM LTD reserves the right to cancel an order at any time until the order has been delivered, for any reason, and refund the customer in full.
3.Customisations & Alternation
Free changes can only be made to orders within 48 working hours of the order confirmation; any changes made to orders after that time may incur a charge of £60.
4.Discount Codes
Any discount code we offer is restricted to one per customer, per order. Any order that attempts to combine coupon codes in order to gain a greater discount will be cancelled and refunded. Discount codes are solely at our discretion and we reserve the right to withdraw any special offer or coupon code at any time. Discount codes do not apply to any additional extras or upgrades ordered after you have placed your initial order.
5.Delivery
We aim to deliver orders between 7 to 10 working days once the funds have cleared the account. Order updates are sent either via email or text/Facebook messages. Day before delivery we will endeavour to send a text message on Mobile number provided or Facebook message to confirm the delivery time. (Please be aware these are estimated times only.)
On the day of delivery, driver will call customer before making delivery so please make sure that you speak to the driver and someone is at property for collection otherwise delivery will be returned and you will incur extra charges. We deliver to most part of UK main lands including England, Wales and some areas of Scotland. Any areas we don’t cover we will let you know. Should we receive any order in an area we cannot deliver, order will be cancelled and funds will be refunded.
Free delivery will be made on ground floor only; upstairs delivery will have extra charge of £20 per floor unless agreed at the time of order. While we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, we cannot guarantee that these requests or requirements will be met. Special requirements and any delivery restrictions should be stated at the checkout in the notes section or you should inform us as soon as you place your order, ways to reach us are provided in contact us section.
In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, BEDS KINGDOM LTD will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses. We shall not be liable for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay, delivery or assembly of the products. Please note that adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery.
If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery there may be a charge of £80 to cover the cost.
6.Assembly Service
Assembly of the bed is a £60 charge for first floor, for any additional floors additional £20 will be applicable. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure clear space is available to carry the items to place where they needed to be assembled. Assembly team will not dismantle or remove any old product(s) present, once the item(s) ready please test the product before the team leaves. Should you choose not to use assembly service, you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before driver leaves. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left. If you have chosen to self-assemble the bed frame/gas lift storage and unsure of process, please check the Need Help section for instructions or message us before attempting as damage caused while assembling will not be covered.
7.Order Cancellations
Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 48 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel. All our products are made-to-order and therefore is a non-returnable item. Once the 48 hour cooling off period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed, hence any payment been made will be non-refundable.
8.Data Protection
We comply with all the statutory requirements of the data protection act 1998 as well as general data protection regulations and all your personal information are confidential and secure. Your information will never be shared or sold to any third-party company.
9.Warranty
Beds, Ottoman Boxes and Stools
Bed frames, Ottoman Boxes and Stools come with one year guarantee, any damage to timber frame or slats, we will provide replacement free, although in some occasions delivery charge may be applicable. This does not include any damage caused to the fabric due to unfair use. Our warranty covers only structural and manufacturing faults, it does not cover fabric damage, deterioration or staining. This warranty starts from the day that you receive the item. However, some exclusions do apply such as if you disassemble the bed for any reason or move the bed to a different property your warranty will be void.We do not offer replacement for damage caused due to wear and tear.
Mattress and Gas Lift Storage
The mattresses and gas lift storage we offer are provided by external suppliers and they do not come with any guarantee. Please get in touch with us if you have any concern before making a purchase, we do not accept any responsibility for the damage caused to these items after delivery.
10.Payments
We accept all major debit/credit cards, Apple/Google pay and Klarna payments. In case any payment system is out of order payments can be made via direct bank transfer. If you choose to pay in installments using Klarna, please check full terms and conditions here.
In case of refunds we use the same payment method from which we receive the payment or alternatively bank transfer. Refunds can take up to 14 working days.
11.Health & Safety
It is customer’s responsibility to use products fairly and safely. Any damage caused as a result of using our products or any incident or accident happened while using any of our products, BEDS KINGDOM LTD will not be responsible.
12.Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product(s). Upon delivery once you have inspected the items and found any error or damage please let the driver know before he/she leaves. Please take evidence such as pictures or videos and send them to us in presence of driver so we can investigate and process your claim for a refund or a replacement .
Incase the driver has left and you have identified any damage to the product, the item can be posted back once we reach an agreement.
All our bedframes come with a return charge of £90.00. This charge is non-negotiable, if the item is faulty or arrives damaged the return fee will be paid by us.If a collection is arranged by us, please ensure the items are ready in original packaging on ground floor, our third party service do not collect items from any other floors except ground floor.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) We receive the returned item within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product;
(b) The returned item is unused, in its original packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. In case item is opened, just keep the packaging and wrap it up best you can to prevent damage in transit.
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: Contact us first, as returns can only be accepted if you have notified us i.e. email, phone. Ways to get in touch are available in Contact section of the website.
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:
(i) Products that have been altered you i.e a higher headboard or more has been selected before adding to cart.
(ii) Products that have cosmetic damage by you or items sent back with no packaging causing damage in transit.
(iii) No return policy applies to all our luxury, accessory and ambassador range, any bespoke bed heights and modified products are non returnable.
Please note where if the item is not faulty, damaged and will automatically incur a £90 return charge as standard i.e. change of mind.
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy i.e. fully resell able unless faulty; the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
13.Media & Measurements
Most pictures we have on our website and social media platforms are sent by customers and some have been done professionally so colours and sizes may vary in actual products. Measurements provided are approximate values, if you do have any questions then please get in touch before making purchase, we more than happy to help. Please check measurements before making purchase as If the item(s) doesn’t not fit in the space you ordered, we will not be responsible and no replacement or refunds will be provided in such instances.
